We are licensed and insured in the City of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and unincorporated Clark County.
We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and PayPal. Naturally we also accept cash, but sorry, no checks.
WHAT WE DO
We can do almost any light jobs around the house. In some cases I am limited by my license in the state of Nevada. I can NOT do anything that requires a permit.
JT Handyman is a one man show. I have a lot of pride for doing the job right, and up to the highest standards. I think word of mouth is important, so in all cases, my goal is to do a good job and take care of people the best I can.
I try to accommodate my customers needs as much as possible. Typically I am in the field afternoons. I take care of paperwork and other chores in the mornings. I publish my personal cell phone, so you can always reach me. If I happen to be on a ladder when you call, or in the middle of a plumbing job, or something similar, I may not be able to answer the phone. No worries, just leave a message, or text me, and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. I check my emails several times a day, so if that is easier for you, no problem, Either way, I will get back to you promptly.

***** WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
We have a minimum Service Fee/Trip Charge of $75 and that includes up to one hour. After that it's an additional $60 per hour. Sometimes we may charge a flat fee, depending on the job. If I gave you an estimate, and everything goes smooth, usually that would be your actual price. However, not everything goes smooth.
Occasionally we may run into unexpected issues that may take more time than expected, or that may require additional parts. But in all cases, our prices will be fair and competitive.
***** DO YOU HAVE SAME DAY SERVICE?
We try. And in most cases we can. Basically it will depend on our schedule.
***** DO YOU HAVE ANY GUARANTEES?
We do our best. And we are good at what we do. Unfortunately, some things turn out to be a can of worms. But if it was a problem created by us, we will make it right.
***** DO YOU CARRY SPARE PARTS?
Very few. It's just not feasible. We have some of the most common materials that might be needed. But there are so many possibilities, we may need to go to the nearest home improvement store to get what is required.
SERVICES
We do mostly minor repairs around the house. In some cases I may not be able to do the job requested. If this happens, I can usually recommend someone that can.

Pre-Listing Property Condition Report (PCR)
If you are thinking about putting your home up for sale, I will do a walk through and check just about everything. I will give you a written report and my opinion of it’s condition. Using this as a guide, you will get an idea of what to expect when you have an accepted offer and the buyer does a Home Inspection. It’s basic, to the point, and easy to understand. PCR: $450.

In all cases our prices are fair and competitive. There is a minimum trip charge of $75, that includes up to one hour. then our base price is $60 per hour. I can apply discounts for seniors and military vets. If you are looking for someone you can rely on and feel comfortable with, I will not disappoint you. I understand trust does not come easily, and I will do my best to earn yours.
